Victoria, by creating NACUE has achieved a major national breakthrough in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Education. She has shown that the voice and capacity of the university student body can carry considerable weight in meeting the challenge of the personal entrepreneurial development of the individual student across all disciplines. Under her initiative NACUE has become a major national player in this field. August 3, 2010, Allan Gibb
Victoria has shown incredible passion for student entrepreneurs and has managed to bring a large number of people with her on the journey. Her drive and determination were critical in getting NACUE started, but the fact that the organisation now has taken on a life of its own is even more impressive. Victoria embodies the spirit of the young entrepreneur and as a founding sponsor of NACUE, it's been a pleasure to work with her. August 26, 2010, Lars Lindstedt , Software Economist Microsoft
Since meeting Victoria I have been incredibly impressed at her drive and determination to make a difference to the world of young entrepreneurs in the UK. In a short space of time, under her leadership, NACUE has become a great force in the drive to get the UK to be a more entrepreneurial nation. She has led the organisation to steer enthusiasm for entrepreneurialism from the bottom up through university societies and really understands the value and need to do this. She is great to work with and inspiring to listen to. August 23, 2010, Stuart Anderson , Executive Director , Shell Livewire
Victoria is an inspiring person who has become the voice of student entrepreneurs in UK. Her excellent management skills and natural leadership qualities has turned a modest social enterprise into the largest student entrepreneurial organisation. Working with her personally, I have seen her inspire many young entrepreneurs, develop national policies for entrepreneurship and making sure that NACUE continues to provide the highest calibre of service that our patrons have learned to expect. August 19, 2010 , Waqas Baggia , Advisor - Strategy & Corporate Relations , National Consortium of University Entrepreneurs
Victoria is inspirational. The formation of NACUE and the training and networking she provided produced an amazing transformation in UK student entrepreneurship. She's started a movement and I know she'll do it again in the future. August 15, 2010, James Pipe , President , Fish on Toast - University of Southampton Entrepreneurs
I have been, and continue to be delighted to collaborate with Victoria on the promotion and encouragement of entrepreneurship in the UK. I am very impressed with what Victoria is achieving with NACUE, and her professionalism, drive and enthusiasm make her a pleasure to work with. August 12, 2010, Kevin Farrar , IBM Global Entrepreneur & IBM Academic Initiative Lead, UK & Ireland , IBM
Victoria is the force behind NACUE. As the founder and CEO of NACUE, she has transformed the organization, which was virtually unknown just a year ago, into the main driver of entrepreneurship across UK. There are few leaders who can get the best out of their subordinates and there are still fewer leaders who can not only get the best out of subordinates but also motivate them to work voluntarily. Victoria belong to this 2nd category of rare breed of leaders. Her relentless pursuit for excellence and her enthusiasm to get work done rubs off others and inspires them to greater works. Wishing her all the best in all her future endeavours. August 9, 2010, Sujit Nair , Marketing and PR officer , National Consortium of University Entrepreneurs
I have known Victoria since the very beginnings of NACUE, and have found her to be an invaluable source of information and inspiration. Thanks to Victorias drive and commitment the organisation has grown at a phenomenal speed and as well as being a lobby group for young entrepreneurs, it also offers an excellent range of events, as well as day-to-day support, for new and established entrepreneurs societies across the UK. I wholeheartedly recommend both Victoria and NACUE. August 9, 2010, Pauline Seston , Entrepreneurship & Employability Consultant , Brunel University
Victoria is one of the most inspiring individuals I have worked with, not only is she incredibly well networked but she has a vision to grow and expand NACUE and to encourage entrepreneurship. The British Library has benefited immensely from working with Victoria. August 4, 2010, Gaby Rose, Business Engagement Director at the British Library
Victoria is a remarkable woman - probably one of the most energetic, proactive, and capable entrepreneurs I have come across. No task is too big for Victoria - her passion, drive and courage is an inspiration to me and I am fortunate to have the pleasure of working closely alongside her as a Strategic Partner of NACUE. August 3, 2010, Rajeeb Dey , Founder & CEO , Enternships.com
Victoria brings exceptional drive and determination to everything she undertakes. Founding NACUE was a significant achievement, building it into an international organisation, comprised of a strong network of entrepreneurial people and organisations, in a short time, is a superb demonstration of her ability. She is able to achieve a huge amount of work by being focused and organised. She works effectively with others by empowering them to take ownership and responsiblity for necessary tasks. She leads her team through a balance of encouragement and setting stretching targets. August 3, 2010
Bonnie Hacking , Enterprise & Employability Adviser, University of St Andrews

Simon Biltcliff, CEO, WEBMART UK
"As an active member of both Oxford Entrepreneurs society and its Advisory Board, I watched Victoria revolutionise and professionalise the organisation within the first 6 months of her annual reign as President. She is hardcore, in the very best sense of the word. Victoria knows where she's going, why she's going there and how she's going to get there. I am excited by what she is going to achieve with NACUE over the coming years." May 20, 2009
David Langer, CEO, Groupspaces.com
"She has proven herself to be dedicated, driven, highly enthusiastic, very enterprising, a natural leader, gracious in character, and above all, intelligent. She demonstrates a focus on both process and results and shows a great deal of initiative. I have found her to be refined, articulate, diplomatic and genuine, possessing strong leadership skills. Victoria is one of the most promising young women I have had the pleasure to meet." March 2007
Jodi White, Former President, Public Policy Forum

She has shown herself to be a person of integrity. She is ambitious, determined and well organised; has excellent communication skills, the confidence to articulate her opinions, and the capability to intelligently substantiate them; and, she absolutely refuses to settle for mediocrity."
