A Canadian-born graduate from Oxford University, and 08/09 President of Oxford Entrepreneurs, Victoria is leading the UK entrepreneurial movement for young entrepreneurs through having founded the National Consortium of University Entrepreneurs (NACUE) - an organisation that supports over 80 universities, 65 enterprise societies and 35,000 enterprising graduates; co-founded Enterprise Alliance UK; and, led the way in the formation of the All Party Parliamentary Group for Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Education.Victoria has been involved in developing, implementing and evaluating enterprise education programming, curriculum and contributing to enterprise policies and strategies for universities, enterprise support organisations and government and non-government organisations. She is regularly invited to speak at international enterprise conferences and to sit on industry and government task forces on topics of enterprise, graduate employment and skills, entrepreneurship and innovation, and network building. Victoria has a multi-sectoral background in entrepreneurship, governance and policy in the UK, Canada, China and Ghana; has founded and mentored several ventures and enterprise organisations; sits on several enterprise and business advisory boards; is the 2009 recipient of the SFEDI Builder of Entrepreneur Support Networks Award and the Overall Enterprise Support Champion Award; has been profiled in Spectator Business as "a rising star"; and, her company, NACUE, has been recognised by Real Business Magazine as a "Champion of Entrepreneurial Britain". Given Victoria's academic, vocational and policy ambitions at the nexus of entrepreneurship, governance and policy, her next challenge is working with Industry Canada's Small Business & Tourism Directorate around strategic policy and developing an entrepreneurship strategy as part of the Government of Canada's Policy Leaders Programme.Victoria is an entrepreneur who is passionate about enterprise networks and enterprise promotion. She is available for programme and policy development, execution and evaluation consulting and management work and for speaking engagements in Canada and the UK.

National Consortium of University Entrepreneurs - Founder & Chief Entrepreneur. A national organisation that educates, empowers and connects university enterprise societies and student entrepreneurs to stimulate university enterprise. Since its founding in December 2008, NACUE already engages over 65 university enterprise societies across the UK, works with 80 universities, and represents in excess of 35,000 entrepreneurial students. Enterprise Alliance UK - Co-Founder. The Enterprise Alliance UK is the voice of enterprise education, research and support in the UK. It makes the case for enterprising learning and practical development for all students by representing the interests of the membership of NACUE, the Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, and Enterprise Educators UK membership to expand enterprise education and development in the UK. Also leading on the formation of the APPG for HE & FE enterprise in the UK and feeding into consultatations for government policy.

Building Enterprise Networks - Lennox is an efficient and effective builder of enteprise networks. Within 8 months she built a national network of over 80 universities and 35,000 students across the UK; brokered the formation of Enterprise Alliance UK and the All Party Parliamentary Group for Enterprise Education; and, founded Oxford Women in Business and the UKIBC Next Gen Network in Oxford. She is the winner of the prestigious 2009 SFEDI Builder of Enterprise Networks Award. Currently, Victoria is building the Sandbox Canada Network.

02/10 - London Enterprise Leaders Forum a Success
On Wednesday 10th February the NACUE London regional network held its first meeting at Metrogolf in Paddington. The event was a great success and saw presidents of societies from across the capital agreeing to work in collaboration to improve the prospects and opportunities of London's enterprising students.
02/10 - NACUE runs KEEN Enterprise Bootcamp
Feb 2-4 the NACUE Team ran an intensive 3-day enterprsie bootcamp for 25 young entrepreneurs on behalf of the Knowledge East Enterprise Network. 12/09 - Lennox to Contribute to UK UENs - The NCGE is partnering with NACUE around the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math University Enterprise Network to engage more than 700 students at Oxford, Southampton and Reading Universities in full -day programmes to support new graduate businesses in the STEM industry.
11/09 - Launch of NACUE Senior and Student Advisory Boards - On Nov 26, 09, 12 student leaders from across the UK and NACUE's Senior Advisory Board convened at the NACUE London HQ to inform the 2010 strategy of NACUE.Senior Advisory Board includes: Alan Barell, Julie Meyer and Houston Spencer.
11/09 - Lennox speaks alongside Dragon James Caan - Lennox spoke on a panel featuring James Caan, BBC Dragon and CEO of Hamilton Bradshow, at an Oxford Private Equity Network event in London speaking to the UK start-up investment climate. She spoke to the possibilities for online investment networks and the challenges and barriers that young entrepreneurs face in security angel and venture finance.
11/09 - Lennox Evaluates University of Hertfordhsire's Entrepreneurship Curriculum - Lennox brought on as an external reviewer for the University of Hertfordshire's 2010 entrepreneurship curriculum for undergraduate and graduate students.
