Victoria has founded and led several entrepreneurial organizations in the UK, Canada and globally. In addition to supporting a number of consulting firms with her expertise, in her spare time, Victoria focuses her efforts on supporting grassroots-driven entrepreneurial initiatives and advising government, industry and community organizations around policies and programming related to higher-education, entrepreneurship, and community building.
Victoria speaks most frequently on the issues of cultivating an entrepreneurial culture, developing entrepreneurial campuses, engaging youth in entrepreneurship and building entrepreneurship ecosystems. Most recently Victoria spoke at the United Nations UNCTAD Experts meeting in Geneva on these issues, with coming talks in Autumn 2012 at IPAC, Civicus and Acadia University.
